A: Most of our products are shipped directly from our US-based fulfillment partner.

A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery takes:

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Can I customize the message card or gift box?
A: Absolutely! Most of our jewelry includes a heartfelt message card. If you’re ordering a customizable item, options will appear before you add to cart.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel or 14k white gold over stainless steel, and set with premium cubic zirconia stones (unless stated otherwise).

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Since most of our items are custom-made, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. If there’s an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We're so sorry! Please send a photo of the issue to supportlunaknot@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement right away.
